At J&L Cooling Towers Incorporated we consider our employees to be our most valued asset.  We make sure their safety is our top priority.   Our comprehensive safety program requires training and participation in:

- Confined space
- Fall protection
- Respiratory protection
- Lock out / Tag out

- Hazard communication
- First aid

 Prior to the initiation of any job the job-site is evaluated for potential hazards and the team is briefed on safety requirements.  Weekly “toolbox” safety meetings are held in addition to annual training and recertification.  Annual safety training is administered through the Safety Services Company and is OSHA compliant.
