BAC Cooling Tower rebuilt by J&L Cooling Towers Inc. Rebuild included sandblasting and recoating of entire tower along with replacement of fill media.
Applied coating to cooling tower surface, replaced nozzles and fill media. Fill media sized to allow for proper water distribution from nozzles.
New hot water basins made of galvanized steel were fabricated and installed. Stainless steel can also be used upon request.
Before: The right side is leaking water from fill media causing ice to form in cold weather. After: The left side has new fill media installed along with new FRP louvers. Stainless steel louver supports were used to prevent rusting.
