Safety

At J&L Cooling Towers Inc. we consider our employees to be our most valued asset. We strive to ensure their safety is our top priority. Therefore all of our employees are required to participate in our comprehensive safety program. The program consists of:

  • Personal protection equipment

  • Confined space

  • Fall protection

  • Respiratory protection

  • Lock out / Tag out

  • Fire safety

  • Hazard communication

  • First aid

Prior to the initiation of any job the job-site is evaluated for potential hazards and the team is briefed on safety requirements. Weekly "toolbox" safety meetings are held in addition to annual training and recertification. Annual safety training is administered through the Safety Services Company and is OSHA compliant.
